This policy describes how Compassionate Clarity (“I”, “the shop”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use compassionateclaritystudio.com or buy from my Etsy shop.
When you purchase through Etsy, Etsy shares the information needed to complete your order — your name, email, and delivery details — under Etsy’s own privacy policy.
Separately, this website offers a free journal sampler. If you request it, I collect the email address (and first name, if you provide one) you enter into the form. It is entirely optional: you only share it if you ask for the sampler.
This website does not set cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
I use your email only to send the free sampler you asked for and occasional updates about new journals and resources. My legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in running the shop.
Your email is stored and delivered through my email provider, Kit (kit.com), which processes it on my behalf under its own terms.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share data only as needed to provide the service — Etsy for purchases, my email provider for the newsletter — or where required by law.
I keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, it is removed from active mailing and retained only as far as needed to honour that opt-out.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and it takes effect immediately. You may also ask me to confirm, correct, or delete what I hold — message me through Etsy or reply to any email.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
